- Relying on advanced design platforms such as AutoCAD, UG, PRO/E, and MasterCAM, we provide a full-process service from mold design and development to mass production. The mold accuracy can reach ±0.004mm, and the annual mold development capacity exceeds 500 sets. Especially in the field of micro-precision molds, we have reached the leading level in the industry.
- Electrical Components: Precision beryllium copper shrapnel (contact resistance ≤10mΩ), alloy contacts (hardness HRC45-55), electromagnetic shielding covers (shielding effectiveness ≥60dB), optical reflector covers (surface roughness Ra0.4μm), stainless steel fastening linkages, and custom-made parts of special steel.
- Plastic Products: Precision plastic molds, and processing and production of plastic products.
- Mechanical Components: Precision springs (wire diameter 0.1-20mm, load accuracy ±3%), CNC lathe parts (processing accuracy ±0.01mm).
